School and campus renovation.
We renovate, modernize and add on to K-12 schools, charter and independent schools, community colleges and universities: Lynn's downtown campus at 195 Market Street, Gallant Hall at Essex Tech, the Chelsea High School library, the Life Sciences Lab at North Shore Community College and work across Salem State and Bridgewater State. Most of it is phased around students and staff or fit inside the summer window, so the building is ready when classes start.

Gallant Hall Addition at Essex Tech
A new two story, steel framed classroom building added to Gallant Hall on an occupied campus.

The library rebuilt over one summer, and the administration offices renovated with the school fully occupied.
