Salem State University
Work on an occupied campus every year since 2017.

Salem State has brought MCC back every year since 2017: academic buildings, residence halls, the library and the student center. Every job has been sequenced around classes, events and student traffic, with the buildings open.
The work has ranged from a new roof on the north and east wings of Meier Hall, the university's largest academic building, to a third floor dance studio in the O'Keefe Center, a perimeter heating upgrade in Berry Library planned around the library's own calendar of events, and the remodeling of part of Berry Library into classrooms in 2025 and 2026, with the library open and swing space on the ground floor.
- Meier Hall roof replacement, north and east wings (2019 to 2020)
- Meier Hall steam line replacement, second phase (2017 to 2018)
- O'Keefe Center: third floor dance studio and the roof above it (2017), apparatus gym exterior walls and roofs (2018), lounge buildout and hockey locker rooms
- Bowditch and Peabody Halls laundry and restroom renovations for the Massachusetts State College Building Authority (2017)
- Berry Library perimeter heating upgrade, library open (2018)
- Berry Library classroom remodeling (2025 to 2026)
- Cafeteria converted into the campus bookstore
- Alumni Field renovations and the Bloomberg finance lab
