Chelsea High School Library & Administration
The library rebuilt over one summer, and the administration offices renovated with the school fully occupied.

Two projects for the City of Chelsea at Chelsea High School in 2023. The library was rebuilt between June and the end of September to Drummy Rosane Anderson's design: new ceilings, LED lighting, custom millwork and a new electronics system.
The administration offices were a fully occupied renovation, done while school was in session, to Mount Vernon Group Architects' design. The suite was gutted and reconfigured with new finishes, mechanical upgrades and IT infrastructure, behind dust barriers and noise controls, with temporary routes so the front office kept working. MCC has worked in all five of Chelsea's school buildings.
