A full lab gut and rebuild between graduation and the fall semester.
The college needed a fully rebuilt teaching lab ready for fall enrollment, and the window was one summer. Dust control gated every phase so adjacent academic departments stayed in operation.
The lab opened on time, ready for instruction, with MEP systems built to teaching-laboratory standards.
