Building a Legacy Together.
The foundation of our success is our team: owners who are on our job sites, project managers and superintendents who stay with a project from start to finish, a director of preconstruction who prices and plans it, and carpenters who build it. Respect and dedication guide every interaction, from how we support each other to the lasting relationships we build with our clients.
Jay Sasso
Jay started as an ironworker and became a master carpenter, as comfortable on a commercial high-rise as on a custom deck. In more than thirty-five years in the trades, there was nothing he would not take on and nothing that stood in his way.
For years he was our lead carpenter, and his hands are in much of the work on these pages. Owners remembered him, trade partners respected him, and every crew he worked beside got better for it.
Jay was more than a colleague. He was family to us. The people who build this company leave their mark on it, and on every client and partner they meet. Jay left his everywhere.
