Justin Massey
Justin started on MCC job sites as an apprentice carpenter in 2007, working beside the firm's carpenters and superintendents through high school and college. After graduating from Bentley University he spent a year in commercial lending, underwriting debt for growing companies and learning how large organizations measure risk and run with discipline. Then he came home to build.
He joined MCC full time in 2015 as a project superintendent, running sites and working side by side with the trades. In 2018 he moved into project management, carrying projects from preconstruction through closeout, and in 2025 he took over operations, leading every project manager and superintendent in the firm. Today, as President, he runs the company: its strategy and growth, its people, its operations and its relationships with every owner and design team.
Along the way he built the systems that run every MCC job, including the MCC Hub, the firm's own project platform, where owners follow their project from the first meeting to the final walkthrough. He is involved in every pursuit and every project, and there is nothing he enjoys more than walking a finished space with an owner who is genuinely thrilled with it.
“Success comes from a team that cares about the project as much as the owner does. We partner with our clients, we share the responsibility, and we treat them like family.”
Outside of work Justin is with his family and friends, on the golf course, skiing all winter, and trying to catch a fish once in a while.
