John Gallagher

John runs MCC projects from start to finish: trade buyout, submittals, RFIs, schedules, owner reporting and closeout. He grew up around construction, visiting job sites with his father, a longtime construction executive on the North Shore, and knew early that building was his path. He trained at Suffolk Construction, working on major institutional projects in Boston, before joining MCC.

John is on site constantly, walking the work and solving details with the superintendent before they ever reach the owner. He has delivered schools, campus buildings and occupied housing, and brings the same ownership to every job: clear communication, tight follow-through and a project that finishes the way it was promised.
