Jeff Massey

Jeff has been in construction his entire life. A licensed journeyman plumber and finish carpenter with an unrestricted construction supervisor license, there is no trade he has not done. He grew up in his father's plumbing business and ran some of MCC's first public projects in the late 1990s as a working superintendent.

He went on to lead crews of up to twenty on fast-track national retail builds and spent years on high-end Boston renovations, as both superintendent and project manager, before returning to MCC in 2024. That range lets him make quick, sound calls on site and self-perform trade work when it keeps the schedule moving. He wears kneepads every day, because he is always the one getting down to check the details.
