Gino Faia
Gino has more than forty years of construction leadership in renovation and new construction. He started as a foreman in 1985 and rose to superintendent, running luxury apartment renovations in Boston's Back Bay and a 160-unit renovation in Brighton.
He then owned and ran his own construction company for nearly three decades, leading estimating, budgets and field work on hundreds of projects. That owner's perspective shows on every MCC site he runs: organized, held to a high standard, and with problems surfaced before they cost anyone money. He has led some of the firm's most demanding work, in buildings that had to stay fully operational around the clock.
“From ownership to the office to our field workers, everyone works as a team. Sky's the limit with the leadership of this company.”
For more than two decades Gino has been the head coach of the Swampscott High School boys ice hockey team. He was named MIAA Boys Ice Hockey Coach of the Year and Salem News Winter Boys Hockey Coach of the Year for the 2017 to 2018 season, and in 2024 he was inducted into the Massachusetts State Hockey Coaches Hall of Fame. Away from the rink he is on the golf course, on his bike or with his family.
