Christian Gingle

Chris manages MCC projects from buyout through closeout, with a firm hand on submittals, RFIs, schedule and cost. He started in the trades laying masonry in high school, ran fast-track retail builds up and down the East Coast, and has spent more than a decade managing public work in occupied buildings: police stations, schools, municipal buildings and state facilities, all delivered while the people inside kept working.

A law degree from Suffolk University gives him an uncommon command of contracts and specifications, and an analytical approach that keeps complex projects organized. Owners and architects get a project manager who reads the documents closely, sees problems coming early and keeps every party on the same page.
