The Project
MCC renovated the restrooms at Stevens Memorial Library for the Town of North Andover, designed by LYF Architects. The slab came out so new underground plumbing could serve a revised fixture layout.
The rooms got new exhaust and hydronic heat, revised sprinklers and fire alarm, new power and lighting, framing, resilient flooring, a sanitary wall finish, and new doors and hardware. The work ran from September 2025 to February 2026.
