The Project
MCC renovated the first floor of the Lynn Senior Center at 37 Friend Street for the City of Lynn, with a new stair up to the third floor, designed by Gienapp Architects with NV5 on MEP, TLH on structure and Crabtree McGrath on food service.
The center stayed open throughout. The work was phased inside a 245 day contract, with the administration offices first and the kitchen second, in a continuously occupied building.
