Chelsea has brought us back into City Hall again and again. The work has included the City Council Chambers pictured here, the Assessor's Office with custom wood window restoration in the historic fabric, the Treasurer's Office, and the men's and women's public restrooms.
In 2026 MCC is converting the former Chelsea Employees Credit Union space into a Housing Office for the Inspectional Services Department, with a new transaction counter, a kitchenette, a VRF system, an electrical upgrade and new double hung windows, and replacing 17 historic wood windows. Every phase is built with City Hall open to the public and staff at their desks.
