A full unit-by-unit gut renovation across four phases and 159 occupied apartments. Every unit got new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and a complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing replacement.
Residents stayed in the complex through every phase. We coordinated directly with the housing authority and CSS Architects on scheduling, tenant communication and unit turnover while families lived next door to active construction.
