The Project
An ADA modernization of the Nahant Housing Authority's building, anchored by a new elevator tower added to the existing brick structure, with a new accessible entry, stairs and site work.
Residents stayed in the building throughout, so excavation, masonry and the tower were sequenced to keep entrances open and the site safe every day.
