Pine Meadows Golf Clubhouse
A full gut renovation that gave the Town of Lexington's public golf course an all new clubhouse.
Pine Meadows is the Town of Lexington's public nine-hole course, and its clubhouse is where every round starts: the pro shop, the restrooms and the covered cart porch. MCC took the building down to its brick shell and rebuilt everything inside it.
New interiors, new finishes and new building systems throughout, with accessible restrooms, a refreshed exterior and a covered porch ready for golfers, designed by Johnson Roberts Associates. The course stayed open during construction: the Town ran the pro shop from a temporary trailer and brought in a toilet trailer for golfers, and MCC's site plan worked around both.
