A complete office build-out for the district's central administration.
The Project
A full interior build-out of the Chelsea Public Schools administration offices: glass-front private offices along a new corridor, a large conference room, open work areas and support spaces, with new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems throughout.
The work ran from May to December 2022 and was delivered as a finished, move-in-ready workplace for district leadership and staff.
