Run our job sites. You will manage on-site teams and coordinate every phase of commercial construction: overseeing subcontractors, receiving materials and equipment, making sure plans and specifications are followed, and keeping the work on schedule and within budget.
We are looking for someone motivated, organized and calm under pressure, with a strong work ethic, clear communication and real attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Walk every area of the project daily to monitor activities and confirm plans and quality standards are being met
- Communicate with subcontractors on site activities, RFIs, field orders and submittals
- Coordinate required inspections with local building departments
- Spot obstacles early, bring them to the project team, and look for value-engineered solutions
- Keep the daily log of personnel and activities in the MCC Hub
- Keep the job site clean and organized at all times
What You Bring
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (unrestricted)
- Ability to read and understand construction documents
- Commercial construction experience; public and occupied work is a plus
