Renovations and conversion of an existing 4 family apartment building to be handicap accessible. The project includes selective demolition and asbestos remediation of existing units. Installation of new kitchens, baths and bedrooms. New metal stairs, landings, and ramps system. New unit entry doors and in new wall openings. New rear entry wood canopy. Upgrades include new mechanical and electrical and plumbing systems as well.

Interior renovations to a portion of a former restaurant space to create 4 unisex public toilet rooms, public waiting area and interior vestibule entrance. Also included is the installation of security cameras and removal and replacement of existing parking garage stairwell stairs.
